Seems like folks with Dial-a- trim like to leave it set in one place. With the simple original lever, needs only a flick of finger to set it full nose up when lowering flaps, and an other flick to set it for takeoff. No problem to find hands off balance point in flight. What is the advantage of Dial-a-trim other than cool looks ??

I have the lever mounted trim , and I really like the way it trims the plane out for hands off flying , the dial a trim , works off springs and cables that actually just move the stick a bit and take the pressure off that's all , I have talked to a few people cause I was considering switching to the dial a trim and they talked me out of it , , so I'm happy the way it is and it's staying that way for now , lol
