Full Swiveling Tail Wheel

Postby Xenos29DN » Mon Mar 28, 2016 5:56 pm

I just installed differential toe brakes on my Xenos and the next step was to install a full swiveling tail wheel. I was planning on using Flyboy Accessories Screaming Eaglet tailwheel. Unfortunately it is no longer offered. Has anyone else installed a full swiveling tail wheel and if so what type?

That's unfortunate. You could use the their RV tailwheel (screaming eagle) and sleave the stinger to make up for the larger socket. Or if you are good with welding, just cut off the socket and weld on a smaller socket.

What a pity. I hope they still sell the spare parts as one of these has always been on my wishlist.

Yeah, me too. I've got one and love it.

By the way John, your diff brakes work fine. If I can just do a decent job of bleeding them.
