Hi Everyone,
Here is a link to photos of my canopy Fixture:
https://www.flickr.com/photos/24014066@ ... 6212293545As you can see I have cut this down since I made it due to excessive shaking during taxi operations. It works fine either way. The easiest way to achieve this function is to make your canopy frame from an angle with a 4" leg and just make two "Clips". There are many examples on the various builders web sites. This system weighs 4 oz. and since I didn't want to rebuild my canopy frame I developed this little item.
Here are my photos and some taken by Robbie that I have posted:

My flights up and back were non events although I did get caught in the crash delay on Wed. morning. I had checked my electrical systems and left my master on so when it came time to start I needed a jump. I found out that I could jump start my engine using my charger system.
Here is a link to that system:
https://www.flickr.com/photos/53052604@ ... 7424242601I camped with VAA 16 way out on the south edge of camp Scholler so it was a half hour walk to the airplane. As always the whole Sonex Family was great to see even if all of us were a bit sad. Building the wing on Monday and Tuesday was a blast. As you can see in the photos I sometimes become too "focused". Ha!
The open house and party was great again and seeing everyone is always a pleasure. Thank you Mark Kingman for a ride to the party.
As I think of other things I will try to post. I wish I could have stayed longer. Maybe Next time.
