GRATEFUL NEW OWNER

Hello All! I am the very grateful new owner of Sonex Waiex 0187. Sadly, the owner/builder started this build in 2007 and completed it last year. Just weeks after receiving the air worthiness the owner suffered a stroke. I acquired his very well built Waiex in early July, which is powered by a Revmaster R2100 and equipped with a GRT Sport EFIS and EIS. I removed the wings and trailered her home giving me the time to inspect thoroughly prior to Phase I flight testing (FAA issued a letter authorizing Phase I relocation--thankfully!) I'm waiting on a back-ordered Trigg 22 and ADSB in/out modules from Grand Rapids Tech. I'll move the plane to my hanger once I get the components installed.
