Ruddervator questions

Postby Bryan Cotton » Fri Nov 08, 2013 11:06 pm

Hi all,
A couple of ruddervator questions. The skins are trimmed at a 20 degree angle, but then the tip rib leans in a bit. It seems like I should mark the 20 degrees on the bottom, then mark over the little bit of lean in the front, then connect the lines across the top. Does this sound right?

Also I did not see a bend radius callout on the drive horns. I am thinking to use 1/8" times 4, or a half inch radius. That would be a 1" pipe, same as the hockey stick. What did you do?
Thanks!

I don't recall the horn radius but it can be large as it does not have to fit with anything...
