New horizontal split cowl

Hi all,
I purchased the new horizontal cowl from sonex. Fit and finish very nice. Also ordered from skybolt products the 1/4 turn stainless fasteners. Got the RV-8 side kit plus 2 oil door kits. Will still use hinges on the lower cowl to fuselage. The 1/4 turns used on top cowl .

A couple of suggestions to sonex. In addition to the plans:(sonex, waiex, xenos)

1) develop a construction Manuel w photos and step by step instructions for wings, tail, fuselage, finishing.(similar to Zenith Aircraft)

2) develop a set of dvd's for the same. Also engine install for approved engines. ( a zenith builder has done this for the various zenith models) (homebuilthelp.com)

Maybe they could do this when building the quick build components . I think it would help people initially buy, and finish their kits.

Can't wait to see the next model of aircraft that sonex will develop !!
