hi all,
the new voltage regulator avc1 is on the webpage from b&c. you also pick the field install kit, and the capacitor.

I also have had the same regulator for 6 years, on the engine-side of the firewall, no cooling, and have not had any issues. I do carry an extra one in my tool kit just in case.
