Hey everyone

Just a quick note. This week I had to contact B&C Specialty Products, Inc. about a landing light wig wag flasher I bought a few years ago from them. They didn’t make it, they just sell it.

I was having challenges with it.

B&C Specialty Products offered me a full refund, this was literally years after I bought it. They now have a customer for life.

More aviation companies may want to remember why they are in business. Because of us, the customer.
