Thanks all, the witness hole was filled with threads so all was well. My hard lines only go to the back of the engine. Once my adel clamps come they will be well supported on their short run. Braided steel lines to the oil filter from a bulkhead fitting.

Yesterday I installed both tail tips. Was going to paint first but I didn't. Instead I put nutplates on the left one. The right one, with the pitot probe, already had them.

Here is my first cushion. Not quite Lindy quality but I did it myself. Front:

Here is Josh's boot design velcroed in. Also one seat cushion is velcroed to the seat pan.

We have started working the baffle kit. I'll be looking for pictures of what you folks did for the top mount oil cooler.

I dug through a bunch of Ryan's pictures so we know what to do for the top mount cooler.

I finished my first seat bottom cushion. What it lacks in perfection it makes up in done-ness.

Our hard oil filter lines were too close to the exhaust, and interfered with the cowl. We remade them as soft lines. One more fitting to attach.

I have my left top seat cover sewn up and need to make the seat bottom. Stay tuned.
