I have the Jab 3300 and the Sonex firewall forward cooling duct kit, and I didn't have the inter-cylinder baffles included either. So I just made 4 from scrap aluminium folded them to suit and safety wired wire them to some bent hinge pins that ran across the top of the cylinders. Fiddly job but all worked out OK and CHT's and EGT's all good.

I think you are referring to the lower baffle plates. There is a template for those is on page 20 of the Sonex manual. I've gone through it page by page and can't find the Inter-Cylinder baffle template.

Yes, that is what I'm referring to. I don't remember there being any inter cylinder baffles on the top side. We tinkered with our own designs during Phase 1, but ended up removing them completely.

Just to close the loop:

I talked to Jabiru, and they do sell the Inter-Cylinder Baffles. They call them "Gullwing air Baffle", and the part number is 4794004.

As someone stated previously, they are no longer included with the engines, so you need to buy them separately, or make them yourself.

I decided to just order them since I was already on the phone with Pete from Jabiru. He said he was going to order a dozen of them so he'd have more on hand in case someone else needs them.
