Same replacement ruddervator got caught up in the polisher and threw itself into my sheetrock in the garage. Not my fault. It was the defective polisher.
Riveted up the fuselage sides before getting the tunnel completed. Completely not on me! Someone read the plans to me incorrectly.

I think the rudder was the first thing I boogered up, the worst was recently, I thought I layed out the webs incorrectly on the spars(they are different on left and right), I emailed Kerry to see if their was a work around, he replied back sorry your doom, keep in mind its been years since I layer up the spars and they were sitting 45 minutes away from me in my hangar, I tried to look at old photos to confirm my suspicion, so getting to the point of almost crying and throwing up I had to take a ride to the hangar to double check, thank God when I got there, the webs were layered up correctly after-all, what a relief : ) My next heartburn coming down the pipe, is my cowling, 2nd canopy and drilling out the 3/8inch hole in the wings lol

Yep, that aileron tip rib can be tricky to fit without ending up with a big pucker. I messed my up too and ordered a replacement that looked like a two year old beat it out on his playskool bench. When I called to inquire was told just to make it work,,easier to make your own.
