Minimal rib tweaking. Everything was just lined up.

Here is my pancake drill. It is awesome!

Ready for the top skin:Image

You can see I have a bunch of kludged shims leveling the wing. The last one holds the wing from sliding back:

I did the same on the front. This locks the wing to the table.

Adam came out to help me skin the top of the right wing:
Image

We had to go to hearing protection mode. One of our cordless drills only has one battery. It gave up so I pulled out the air drill.
Image

We have the top ribs mostly drilled. I will need to tweak the flutes on a few ribs.
Image

Adam totals his hours every session. Tonight he hit 191- our serial number. Together I think we passed 1000 hours tonight.

Hi Bryan,

It seems you drilled the bottom aft skin first, rather than the factory sequence of doing the top aft skin first. Any particular reason? (I'll be doing mine tomorrow)

Looks great!

Thanks guys! With two drills going it went fast. Kevin, I may have screwed up. Probably sleep deprivation. Probably not too important as long as you true the wing before you skin each side. It is still flexible after you do one side. What I like about doing the bottom first is less flipping, because I think you should do the LE top before the bottom.

Ye Gods, I don't drink decaf. Life support would fail. That was either my wife or in-law's coffee.
