Here the aft lower cockpit details are stuck in by friction. The holes line up nicely. This is an assembly where the CNC holes are awesome. If I was going to do one thing over, I wish I had not drilled and riveted in the seat belt mounts on the side panels yet. Apparently I suck at measuring and locating things. I will post in the plans forum later. I will need a tapered shim.
Here I have located the idler assembly, clamped it, and am about to start drilling. I lost my trim spring angle bracket and will need to make one.
