Oil fill access

Postby Bryan Cotton » Sat Dec 03, 2022 5:45 pm

I drilled and tapped a couple of holes on the edge of the oil cap for 4-40 screws. Then I made/screwed on a handle. I holesawed access above the oil fill. That's a 2 3/8" hole.

I had a few disasters trying to make a cover with the flycutter. Ended up having my son talk me through how to set up the part on our CNC router.

Needs nutplates and screws. Maybe some paint.
