Siezed low-time neglected turbocharger

Pulled my turbo off today to add the cooling lines and found that I can't rotate it with finger pressure :( . I was getting 40 inches MAP on my last flight around the end of June. I stopped flying since then because I wanted to get the cooling system on before I seized the turbo. The turbo had about 100 hours on it.
