Is the Harbor Freight 1 ton press sufficient to put the 35 degree bend into the T12-07 Forward Spar Fitting?

It’s overkill. Most have done it with a simple jig made of 3 pieces of pipe squeezed with a regular vice. It’s aluminum, not steel and bends relatively easily.
