Hey Joe, I should have been more explicit - the spelling errors I'm pointing to are on my plans set where there is a greater expectation of accuracy!

Cowling Side-Exit Holes

I have a photo from a Sonex in they're shop. I'll try to post it here. I asked Kerry where they are placed and his reply was 6.5" down from the top of the bottom cowl edge and two inches forward of the trailing edge.
