Oops fitting on the (old) Onex tank

Yes, I have an old unused tank. Wish I knew the real name of the OOPs fittings.

It's easy to go to your user control panel > user profile > edit signature and automatically sign your name to each post. That way we wouldn't have to call you "guy", or worse, some make believe name.

I didnt use the oops fittings, they seemed a little flimsy for my taste. The problem you will need to address is the thickness of the tank walls will probably require a longer “bulkhead” portion than the pictured item. I found a source for beefy stainless steel bulkheads fittings, which were pricey....but we are talking about a gas tank in your lap...

That looks cool. Less junctions to worry about. Except how do you ensure the nut doesn't come loose in the tank? How do you tighten it?
