Onex vents

Hi Onex Builders,

Does anyone have experience with using the NACA vents in the Onex for cabin ventilation? I was about to buy a set from Peter in Australia but he was concerned that since the sides of the fuselage of the Onex are parallel this type of vent may not provide effective air flow. So if anyone flying an Onex has some data/practical experience or recommendations that would be great.

thanks,

Paul

Hi paul,
The vents that work the best in our waiex are the small vans rect. Alum vents. They really grab air.

I agree. The Van's vents, installed next to my knees, provide all the air I want and they are not expensive. In addition they are flush when closed.

I have the Van's vents in my Sonex and love them. Never been too hot inside, even in the dead of summer.
