Posted: Tue Sep 30, 2014 11:20 amI had problems with drilling and reaming the latch holes and ended up using adjustable reamers to clean the hole up and had a friend make oversize locking pins to fit the new hole diameter. I think I ended up with a .414 dia. pin. Sonex didn't sell over size locking pins when I did that about two years ago but I understand they now do have a couple of sizes over.
