F14 Plans Question for Legacy Sonex

I’m currently building up the fwd fuse sides and ran into a measurement issue. The plans say to locate the aft wing attach angle 24 17/32 from the aft edge of the fuse side. Is this measured at the bottom of the wing attach angle(side sitting on the fuse skin) or at the top of the angle? Since both the fwd and aft wing attach angles have a 4 degree bend on the sides that stick into the cockpit, that would change the location of the angles and where they sit on the fuse skins(sides). Also, where is the 3 37/64 measurement taken? I’m scratch building so that’s why I’m asking. No prepunched holes.
