Can someone tell me what it says inside the drawing for F15-06? I'm plans building and the previous plans owner cut out the center of the doubbler on the plans and I don't know what thickness to use or any other pertinent info on this part. Thanks.

Material is 0.090" thick. It's a full size pattern.
