Countersink washers on canopy

Postby wingnut99 » Sun Oct 04, 2020 7:20 pm

The plans mention countersinking the washers that hold the plexiglass to the canopy frame. I have pointed wood bits that might work but I'm open for suggestions if anyone else has a proven technique. Thanks

The countersink bits (as linked to by Direct C51) are the way to go. Put them on your speed debuting tool and just crank that by hand a few times. The plexi cuts quickly enough that you don’t need to chuck it into a drill.

Enjoy,
