Hello SonexBuilders.net!

AirVenture is drawing near and we want to remind everyone of a couple things regarding part orders/pickups and returning parts during the show:

  • Be sure to place any orders as soon as possible if you would like to pickup during AirVenture. We cannot guarantee that parts will be in-stock in-time for pickup at the show.
  • All part orders must be picked-up from the Sonex Factory. Parts will not be brought to the Sonex exhibit booth for pickup. See our Events page for order pickup days and hours: https://www.sonexaircraft.com/sonex-company-events-calendar/#airventure
  • You must pre-arrange an RMA for all parts returned for credit or inspection/service. Contact tech@sonexaircraft.com to request an RMA. Parts returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Please label all parts/packaging with your RMA number.
  • RMA's will only be accepted at the Sonex Factory. Please do not bring RMA's to the Sonex exhibit booth on AirVenture grounds.
