The pictures I just posted bumped to a new page, so I am reposting Adam's hangar time lapse video link.

The tornadoes missed us last night. Not by a lot.

Here is a clever (I think) way to bend the instrument panel with brake-a-saurus. I put a radius on a piece of oak and used it like a pan and box brake.

Came out good. 60 degrees.

Had a hangar neighbor help me get this box off one of the high shelves:

Most of my pics show Adam working. I am glad if they give him a repairman certificate but I want one too. Used the self timer. You can see my preheater stored up in the ceiling, hope we are done with it for the season.

A quick fit:

Finished up page F07 with these.

Had to move in one of the boards but it worked good.

Adam, I have a really fun riveting job for you. Bottom of cross tie box.
Image

Actually before he went for that job I had him rivet in the seat hinges.
First sit!

Glareshield chucked on for effect:

Be honest...How much time did you sit in it and make put-put noises with a giant smile on your face?

Not long - we were running late getting back. I haven't sat in it yet.

Destroyed a lot of innocent phenolic but I think I finally got 3 good flap blocks.

Still have to mount the center one.
