Poor man's outside hole duplicator

Postby Bryan Cotton » Wed Dec 23, 2015 12:50 pm

On the trailing edge of the wingtip I could not transfer most of the holes from the angle to the tip. So I made my own hole duplicator out of a piece of mild steel.

I had bent it around a scrap piece of fiberglass and aluminum to get the spacing right, then used those same scraps to drill holes in the press. Here it is in action. Worked great.
