Is it easier to work from the fwd end aft, or the other way round?
It looks like a PITA to get at the nut for the two machine screws at the tail via the inspection ports, but it also looks like a PITA to line up the little bitty spacers up forward while sandwiching the aft skin between the forward skin, the splice plates, and the aft spar carry through.
How did you do it?

We (my son & I) did the aft skin from front to back. first lift tail to comfortable hight. Place something on the floor to protect aluminium skin & you.
Start from front, as you work back, lower tail keeping work area within comfort zone.
Good luck!
