Non lowered seat legacy Sonex to sit in

Postby ampzapper » Fri Nov 22, 2024 3:12 pm

Does anyone in the Southern Wisconsin or Northern Illinois have a legacy Sonex without the lowered seat mod that I could sit in for fit?

I can't help with that request but if your issue is the sight picture, there is a thread for that.

I'm still building so I'm able to build either way at this point although the standard seat would be easier. I know I fit in the lowered seat but the sight view and aileron interference forums have me wondering if the standard seat would be the way to go. Boosters like that could be good option too if I build the lower one and want to be higher.

If you fly aerobatics the lowered seat is perfect for a seatpack chute.
