Hi everyone,

Still putting 471 together. Does anyone have a good estimate of how much wire, size, etc I would need to order. Standard panel to say at best. I am using a Grandrapids EIS that I won for 50% off at Wisconsin Safty Seminar (Thanks Grandrapids).

I'm doing my wiring now, mine is very basic:


Here’s my initial order from B&C:

This was not nearly enough, since then I’ve ordered another 50ft of 20AWG, another 20ft of 18AWG and I bought a lot more ring terminals of every kind, about triple my original order. I did have enough of the fast-on terminals with my initial order but pretty much everything else was used up very quickly.

Hopes this gives you some indication of how much is needed.

Thanks for posting that Micheal...I got my MGL xTreme recently and I'm now ready to place my wiring order w/ B&C. At least I now have something to go by.
