Virtual fly-in #8

Postby Sonex Foundation » Thu May 21, 2020 8:21 am

Good morning Sonex Builder and Pilots!

Please join us Saturday May 23rd at 1500 Central time for our virtual fly in!

This week we are going back to basics. Jeff will do a demo of some basic Jabiru maintenance items, and then we are going around the room to chat. I will again act as ATC and herd cats. Um, pilots. I meant pilots.

The meeting password is again the name of the aircraft that is the first of this kit line. It starts with a capital letter. It is not the Waiex, not the Xenos, nor the Onex.

If you need the dial in password please contact me directly.

Robbie Culver is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.

During my talk I mentioned several tools, and here are the links where you can find them. I also showed borescope pictures, and I've included the link to my website with photos from my last condition inspection.

**Edit: I realized after the fact that during the presentation I mistakenly called the borescope a VA-200. This was incorrect.**

Great presentation Jeff! Thank you for taking the time to show off your engine and offering the helpful hints for Jabiru 3300 owners.

And thank you Robbie for continuing to offer these virtual meets...they’re excellent! I know it takes a lot of time but the community really appreciates it!
