Anyone able to get any response from Duckworks lately? I ordered a light kit a month ago and have heard crickets since. PayPal took my payment immediately of course. I have called and emailed twice. Still no response. What gives??

I had a similar experience in May of this year. It took two weeks and starting a PayPal dispute but I was able to get ahold of them in the end and they were able to ship my kits. After the dispute, I had no issues getting in touch with them via their personal email. I would be happy to share their email if you PM me. Good luck!

Tried to PM you Badger, not sure it went. I could use a super secret back door email for Duckworks.

The Duckworks snafu has been solved at last. Still not exactly sure what the problem was since Duckworks remains basically incommunicado. Thanks for the suggestions.
