Looking for my loaned out tool for rigging ... FOUND!

Hey all,
A local 2nd owner is redoing his spar box because the original builder botched it - snowman holes in the most important bolted joint on the airplane! My bushings have been in circulation for a few years and done a few airplanes. These were a couple of 3/8" pins with a 1/4" hole in the middle used to pin the wings together.

Anybody know who has them? I'm going to look in the forum but maybe the person who has custody will read this.

If you can't find it, I have one I'm not using right now. But I'll need it back in a month or two.

Many thanks - I think I found the guy who last had them. A Sonex/Corvair builder in Michigan who sold his project. He used to be the chapter of EAA 113. I emailed him using his old contact info as well as the current chapter president. Hopefully we can dig those up!

Joe had them - they are found. Ryan will have them next, then they can be available for whoever. Joe is also throwing some reamers into the kit.

I still have a little bit to go before rigging my wings. I belive the tools should be the same for the B model....so I would certainly appreciate the ability to use them when the time comes if possible.

I thought the B model used a 1/2 bolt. A model is 3/8". If I'm wrong would be glad to get them to you.

I went and checked an you are correct. The b-model is 1/2", but they use the same 1/4" pilot. When I get there I will figure out how to do it. I haven't studied it too much yet.....and to be honest I'm procrastinating doing it as long as I can.
