Video of OneX high speed pass: https://youtu.be/g60mlHu9fdQ

Note: It appears the IAS is reading too high, the ground speed values are closer to reality. There were only light and variable winds during this flight.

Great video. I assume you generated the EFIS overlay using your software? Pretty nice. It's interesting that your ASI reads high. Have you figured out why? Do you have the under-wing pitot/static tubes? I have noticed some errors with mine when maneuvering. I suspect that having the static port so close under the wing causes it to sense higher pressure when pulling positive G's, reducing the measured altitude and airspeed. This seems different from what you're measuring, though.

Hey Chris,

Thanks, it was fun putting that video together. Look for another Sunday night (with aerobatics!). Yes, I used my software 'The Flight Data Viewer' to generate the animated EFIS. If you have an MGL EFIS, or BEGINNING Feb 1, 2020 a Dynon Skyview you can do the same. http://www.JASFlyer.COM

I'm not too worried about the high reading on the ASI. It is accurate at my usual cruise speed (135MPH) and climb out speed (90MPH). The MGL EFIS allows you to configure 3 IAS calibration factors. I was using:

50 MPH == 100%
90 MPH == 115%
200 MPH == 100%

I determined the correct value for 90 MPH during phase I. Now what I'll do is (on a calm day) set the 200 MPH value to something like 90% (or whatever the math works out to be). This will alter the IAS near 200 MPH to better match the actual value.
