Torque value ?

What’s the torque value for the motor mount bolts An4-36A with the rubber bushings ?

I have the same question as I’m in the process of installing the motor. I saw some video where the guy didn’t give a torque value but rather said something along the lines of when you see the rubber bushings start to compress that was good enough! Okay...

Here is the answer from Sonex .

There is no specific torque value for the bolts. We tighten motormount bolts
until the engine is snug on the bushings and revisit them after the airplane
is put into service and things settle into place.

For what it’s worth I torqued each one to 70 pounds. I’m guessing I could’ve done anywhere between 50 and 100 pounds but each one is uniform and it compressed the bushings slightly.
