Any Sonex owners going to the Arlington, WA Fly-in?

Postby sierrab24r » Thu Jul 05, 2018 6:16 pm

I'm debating whether to attend the Arlington Fly-in this weekend 7/6 - 7/8. If I thought I might see some Sonex aircraft there my decision would be easy and I'd attend. Earlier this year I picked up N212AG, the Corvair powered Sonex that Amit Ganjoo built . The airplane was landed off-airport by a subsequent owner following an engine failure and I have some rebuilding to do before it will see the skies again. It would be great to see some flying examples in Arlington.

Any other Sonex people going? My dad is planning on visiting, he hasn’t seen a Sonex of any flavor yet and would love to meet somebody. He won’t be seeing mine, just the parts, for another year or so I’m guessing.
