I'm thinking ahead to the next step on my cowling and I think it will probably be to install the baffle seal. Unfortunatly I have no idea where the p-shaped seal that sonex supplied went. I have a roll of the orange silicone material that I can use though. Has anyone use the standard type of baffle seal material on a sonex. If so, what did you do around the oil inlet and the two cooling inlets on the nose of the cowling. It would seem that the regular type of baffle seal would want to bend down and away from the openings making the seal open up as the air pressure increased. Should I just bite the bullet and see if sonex will sell me some more of the p-seal. It isn't listed on their web store because it comes with the laser cut baffle kit. Really don't want to spend another $100 just to get the seal.
