My response time from Kerry over the last couple weeks has been 2nd business day.

Email has always been the easiest way for me. You will usually hear back within 1 or 2 business days. Just be very descriptive of the problem and include some photos to make sure you get the answer in one shot.

My emails have been answered within two business days at the most. Never tried phoning as there's always something else to do on the plane while waiting for the answer.
