I'd say no! I hope mine never need to come off.

No problem to remove wings, putting them back on takes some time. need minimum three people and a shop stool or something similar with wheels to provide support while moving them in and out. I've done
it twice on my Waiex.

It depends on how it was built. I've also done it twice on two different ones I didn't build. One was helping someone and it was a bear. Two of us spent a few hours putting them on. The other was one I bought. After trailering it to my airport, two of us slid them right on and dropped in the bolts. Nothing was loose, just a good fit. It probably took us 15 minutes and we moved on the the next task.

I agree with the others ... bring friends and lunch for three friends as it's gonna take some time. I've done a couple of different planes and removal isn't too bad, but when you are putting them back in hopefully one of your friends is named Harry Houdini (OK it's not that bad!) ... 8~)

Hi guys,,
The time needed to remove or install wings depends on various factors, including the type of aircraft, the complexity of the wing structure, and the experience of the technicians performing the task. Generally, it can range from a few hours for simpler aircraft to several days for larger, more intricate wings requiring meticulous attention to detail and safety protocols. lic jeevan labh calculator

Removing the wings on my Legacy is simple and can be done easily with two people (three better) - probably 15 minutes.

Fitting the wings is a "pain in the derriere". Again, can be done with two people, who know what to do (my Son & I), saw horse or two (of near corect hight) better with three people, even if No 3 is just a quick acting lifter (no knowledge). Takes about one hour to have everything installed, bolted, electrical air/fuel plumbing, connected up.

My Son is the aforementioned Houdini very useful for getting into the footwell to do all the bolting & connecting - would take me much longer without him, particularly getting out, once in.
