It is actually called the SI system of units, meaning "International" Standard for measurement....

But for those who want to measure based on some prehistoric "Kings" foot size, the equivelant is:

0.5898 ounces per square foot or better yet 9/16" of an ounce per square foot which is so much better for the grey matter to figure out instead of just moving decimal points :-)

I was 10 years old when Australia adopted the SI system and as a result I am fluent with both systems (don't get me started with chains/links/furlons/acre feet of water etc)
