Hi Robbie,

My notes tell me that I filled out an application form on April 21, 2020. Hope this helps but if you can't find the application, let me know and I'll try it again.

Hi Art

I just looked. I did not receive anything that day.

If you’re mailing a check, there is no need to fill out a form. When Tom receives the check he tells Dana Baker and I. Dana is the awesome membership director and secretary.

I continue to update and adjust the content and message of our website, and the process for becoming a club or voting member. This is all based on feedback from all of you.

Hi Guys,

Robbie said:
Wes has been helping me make the website easier to use.

All I did was make a suggestion, Robbie did all the work. Obviously Robbie is a high energy guy and man of action. We (me) need to find a way to really help so we don't burn Robbie to the ground.

I think he published a list of "ways to help" but I'm having trouble finding it. That gives me an idea for the Suggestion Box ...

Off Topic:

Train'em young, Train'em early. Toys down and eyes up whenever a plane flies over. Pic of my grandson snapped this morning when a plane flew over.

I am interested in the "Mentor Member program". Where can I read more about it?

Thanks,

I haven't seen it mentioned but one of the principal reasons I joined is that my aircraft insurance company (Avemco) looks more favorably towards pilots who make an effort to keep themselves better informed by whatever means. As we age, I believe it becomes increasingly important to demonstrate to the insurance company that we are committed to being as knowledgeable as possible about the airplanes we fly and being a member of a "type club" helps in that regard. This factor will be among the others listed on my next application for insurance renewal.

Just visited the foundation web site to check past news letters. Somebody is working on the menu system to make it more usable. Hopefully now I won't be asking as many questions about things hiding in plain sight :-)

Good job guys!
