My dream home airport state/location is ____ because?

Hi Builders,
In the midst of a cold Minnesota winter I would like to hear about other builder's description of their flying paradise. Real, or places you have visited.

My criteria would be:
-Light to moderate winds
-Moderate temperature year around
-decent humidity
-Hard surface and grass strip options.

Our weather in Colorado (front range) is really quite nice. We get just enough cold snaps and snow to make us appreciate the sunny warm days that are far more abundant. The only negative thing aviation wise is our high density altitude which really degrades performance.
