I'm kinda' surprised not to have seen any videos of the SubSonex routine at SNF, yet.

Anyone post video of the routine at SnF yet? I unfortunately had to leave early on Sunday before the airshow.

Here's a short 10 second clip from Sunday's show. My Nikon takes really great stills but is horrible as a video camera. I'll post the some of the still photos soon.

As for the aircraft and the show routine; WOW! The jet is impressive and the roll rate is pretty good. Not as loud as you would expect it to be.

If anyone would like to donate to the Mark Traylor Benevolent Trust For The Purchase Of A SubSonex, let me know and I'll get you the details.

Here's a video I put together of the SubSonex's demo on Sunday at Sun-n-Fun.

Enjoy.

Thanks Mark! Great pics. You'll have to fill me in on the details of starting a benevolent trust. ;) I'm just going to resort to holding a sign on a street corner that says "Need private jet, please help".

I took the liberty of adding an engine to mine too. It's the SuperSonex.

I'm just going to buy the SubSonex airframe, then make the engine on my handy dandy home 3D laser printer ;)

I think that 3D printer alone will cost more than a few SubSonex turbines.

Hello SonexBuilders.net!

We had a plan in-place to capture good ground-to-air video of the SubSonex making it's debut airshow acts at Sun 'n Fun, but unfortunately it fell through. We did, however, just get some great wing camera footage from Bob Carlton's performance at the Central Texas Airshow! Check it out at: https://youtu.be/VLxxworS9Y4

Regards,
-Mark
