Hello from Rhode Island!

Hi everyone! I currently have a the bits and pieces of Sonex A #0823 in my garage waiting to go together. This kit was started in 2005 by a good friend of mine from high school who went on to the Air Force Academy, and the Air Force soon after. He put in over 800 hours of assembly work but hit a snag with the military's habit of relocation. it ended up sitting in an enclosed trailer in his parents' backyard until October 2019, when he asked me to take over the project. it's now sitting in my garage waiting to have its wings reassembled and for me to re-start on the fuselage. Looking forward to learning from everyone's experiences on here!
