Rick Cadwell, Xenos 068 flies!!
I have over $600 in clecos, borrowed quite a few as well. Damn, that wing take a lot of clecos.

Yep, sure did. The workmanship that has already been done is top notch. I really hadnt been planning on buying a kit for 3-5 more years, but a Onex was on my short list to consider, and the project was only 30 miles from me, so I jumped on it as soon as I saw it.

I'm finally getting started on some real build work. I've spent much of the last month continuing to look over plans, finishing up the hangar workshop, talking with local EAA builders, etc. Next week I am going to start on the outer wings. Hoping the EAA sheet metal workshop will give me the confidence boost I need to get started...that and buying a whole bunch of clecos!

I saw that one and was very tempted. It is a little further for me but if I had a place to build it I would have jumped on it. I didn't want to keep it in a storage locker for a year or two. Sounds like you did very well getting it! Good luck with the build.
