What do you used to cut th ewheel pans for the axel cut ?

A holesaw to cut the arc and then a dremel with a cutoff wheel to connect the arc to the bottom of the wheel pant. Any woodworking tool will work on fiberglass.

wheel pans came out very nice , i used a jig saw to cut out the axel area then i mounted a plate behine the brake disc useing the four screws to hold the set up at the end of the axel i found two large very thin axel nuts welded a washer with a hole in it to the end of the axel and put a rev nut into it to attached the outside edge of the wheel pan , it came out very strong and also looks good ,
Then i removed them till i move over to the airport, still waiting for prop form sensenich
