Bryan, Not trying to answer for the foundation, but speaking from experience, photo storage can start to eat up space really fast. I have managed several forums, and we tried photo storage and even giving members 50 photos each, which is not many, when you multiply by the number of members it starts to add up fast. However, that would be a good member benefit and additional inducement for paid membership though. That is how we eventually handled the photo storage, and members could buy additional storage space if they wished. That way the cost would cover the expense and then add additional funds to the foundation. That may be something the board would consider.
