I don't know who to address this to but as discussed in the General News section. The daily mail post has become unusable for many of us.

This stems from a change in the daily mail posts that first appeared on 6/6/16.

Prior to this date, a link in the daily mail post would look something like this.

After this date the link would look like this.

The change on 6/6/16 added - feed.php/ - into the link. If this is deleted the link will work. I don't understand why the digest would need to contain this additional code. We are subscribed to the daily mail post, not a feed.

I would request that this code be removed if possible.

Hi Bob,
Interesting, im still getting the daily mail on my aol account. Any users using aol use caution, a email scam going on. You will get an email that staes aol received a request to close your account. If in error , they want you to sign in using your username and password. Just a scam to get your info and log into your acct for identity theft. Use caution.

Yes, I'm not having any problem getting or reading it, but I can't click on a link to get to a thread and respond. I have to go to the site, find the topic and then respond. Not so bad but a lot harder than it used to be.

The way it used to be was why I liked the daily mail post.

It kind of is like being subscribed to a feed. It is an automated email that composes feed activity of the site. The email campaign company is a third party subscription service that I use and I'm not sure why the extra part was added to the URL. The feed based daily digest email has been giving me a little trouble recently such as not going out every day, not going out at all to a few individuals and then the link issue. I'm looking into it.

Thanks Chris,

I appreciate your time. I thought it might be a third party issue, hope you are able to resolve the issues.
