Re: Skybolt fasteners

Hi Bryan

I used the part numbers SK213-2, ZG28S3-2, and SK2600-LWS

These were directly from the SkyBolt website. I also have the tools if you need to borrow them.

Re: Side, front and top view drawings

Sonex Aircraft LLC has consistently taken a very strong stance against any sharing of electronic files that include their plans data. I would assume this includes the 3 view. They sell the owners manual, so if you need one purchasing one may be the best option.

Re: Pre-buy sonex familiar inspector in KY

Re: Small VSI

I have a UMA round gauge ASI and Altimeter and like them. The ASI is more accurate (in my installation) at cruise by about 7 mph compared to my GRT Mini EFIS. Re: Hinge pin

Hi Walter My two cents (worth a lot less). When I tried to insert hinge pins and had issues, I used lubricant on the pin. Insert the pin as far as you can by hand, then chuck the end on in a hand held drill and while aligning the hinge as best you can, use a slow speed and work the pin in by spinnin...

Re: Use of resistor for Tach pickup

I did also, which is why I am asking. It may be a very basic and easy fix.
