Kip, I noticed you mounted your aero carb vertically. I mounted mine horizontally. I wonder if that is why my EGTs on the left side are lower than the right. If I re-orient it, I will need to buy a longer throttle and mixture cable.

The same auto paint I used for the rest of the plane. The only problem areas were under the bolt heads. As I tightened the bolts, the paint gave way under them leaving unsightly chips. If I did it again, I'd mask off the surfaces.
