Hi all, On the tail skins, do you bend them any more as compared to how they come in the box? Or just fold them over and cleco them down? They seem more open than the scratch built leading edges I have built before.
Ok, I found that WIX-T11-09 rib was the culprit. It was too long, both parts. I am going to hack off the angled tab and rivet on another to make the proper spacing. Lesson learned: if things don't fit measure all the parts and compare to the plans.

Tony, Either annealing or changing temper of aluminum generally requires temps in excess of 500F. I have friends at work who can more definitively answer the question for 6061-T6. I will get back to you. I think you are fine however.
